The classic companion pair — Gainsborough's "Blue Boy" and Lawrence's "Pinkie" — as framed reproduction prints, each in a gold moulded frame with a linen-toned mount and a brass nameplate at the foot. These two have hung together since the 1920s and sell far better as a pair than apart. Both frames show light scuffing and the Blue Boy print has lifted slightly from its mount at the top (see photos). Sold together as one lot of two; sold as-is.
