A low-slung folding wheelchair on a blue-painted frame, the backrest marked "B.R. NEL" in marker by a previous institutional owner. Spoked rear wheels with pale solid tyres and swivel front castors. The black vinyl seat is split and peeling through to the backing and the frame carries rust at the joints (see photo). The roughest of the three chairs in this batch — very much a parts or restoration lot. Untested — sold as-is.
