Description
A handsome carved armchair with a floral-and-scroll carved crest rail, shaped carved arms and an upholstered seat and back in dusty mauve fabric. The carving is crisp and the frame reads as a good solid piece of older South African furniture. The upholstery is faded, creased and marked, and would reward a recover (see photo).
